The location is perfect for airport access, and the prompt shuttle service is a real plus. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very friendly during check-in. The restaurant had decent food options. There were also some issues with the parking being limited.

This hotel is just a short drive from the Tacoma Airport and also super close to the light rail, which makes it easy to head into Seattle or explore nearby attractions like North SeaTac Park and the Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum, so walking around and discovering the local area is really convenient; But, the hotel itself could really use some updates, especially in the bathroom areas where repairs are needed.

The room wasn't cleaned during our three-night stay-towels only available upon request, with limited communication about this policy. ramada location was excellent, not too close or far from downtown seattle. rooms were well kept and clean. the front desk made it easy for a family member to deliver our car earlier that day and leave the key for us once we checked in at midnight. we got some good rest and were able to continue our trip home which was 2.5 hours away over 2 snowy passes.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, and I appreciated the location near the elevator. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the amenities like the provided shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch. The towels were also a good size, not the small ones I often encounter. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Ginger Palace, served delicious food. I also found the internet in the business center convenient.

The shuttle driver was quite surly and didn't provide the best service. He dropped my bags behind the van instead of wheeling them to the curb.
